Thanks so much for showing us around - particularly as we may have appeared quite scruffy in our gym getup. Also, warmest thanks for going the extra mile and for taking us to see the additional apartment that we missed on the group tour due to lateness.
I just want to say that you provided outstanding customer service! Of all the real estate agents that we have dealt with lately during open inspections (a lot of them!) you have been the most accommodating and had the best interpersonal manner. Please do pass this feedback and email onto your bosses as you are an asset to your agency and they need to know what a good job you are doing.
That said, we were offered a 2 bedroom terrace house + loft belonging to a friend over the weekend and we have accepted as it was a real bargain at $600! I am so sorry that we won't be signing with you guys but next time we move we will know who to see first!

Recently we signed up for tenancy.
I would just like to say what awesome service you guys provide. Beau showed us around the property and he was great in answering any questions we had. When we applied, we sadly couldn`t move in when the owner wanted us to but Beau negotiated with them and got back to me within an hour to confirm our tenancy had been successful – all this on a Monday Morning. He then arranged for Sarina to show us around the following weekend ( we forgot what the place looked like!! ) again without any hassle or issues. Sarina was a real joy and was really friendly and Beau has answered any question or concern I have had straight way and without hassle.
I have endured some pretty awful service in my time in Australia from a couple of rental agents, but the service from you guys has been 100%. I own a business that specialises in Customer Service and I teach it at a college too, and I have to say this is right up there with the best.
